KPSQ Announces New Vinyl-Focused Show “The Spin Cycle”

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
February 16, 2025

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – KPSQ-LP Fayetteville 97.3FM is excited to introduce The Spin Cycle, a new late-night vinyl-driven music show hosted by Reed & Josiah. The show premieres Monday, February 17, at 10 PM CST and will air weekly on Mondays from 10 PM to 11 PM.

The Spin Cycle is a laid-back yet engaging exploration of music, conversation, and community. Each episode rotates between themes—whether it’s deep dives into record collections, casual discussions on music and non-music fixations, or a fresh take on the world of sports. At its core, the show is about connection, using public radio as a space to bring people together through sound and storytelling.

Reed & Josiah, two friends with a deep appreciation for music and conversation, bring their unique chemistry to the airwaves, curating an eclectic mix of vinyl selections and spontaneous discussions. The debut episode will feature tracks from Jay Electronica, Yo La Tengo, MJ Lenderman, Loving, Arthur Russell, and Steely Dan.

Tune in for the premiere of The Spin Cycle on Monday, February 17, at 10 PM CST, and join Reed & Josiah every Monday night for an hour of music, conversation, and discovery.
